The latest West London State of the Art, Carrier Neutral Data Centre to be completed and ready for occupation in March 2012.
A mixed use facility with a total of five data halls over five floors providing a total of 1615 Square Meters of the state of the art technical space and 714 Square Metres of open plan office space. The power infrastructure provides each Data Hall with a total density of 600KW with full resilience to meet the Uptime Institute Tier III standards. High Specification fire detection and suppression in each Data Hall and critical electrical rooms.
Total incoming power of 5MW to provide a floor density of 1,500 watts per square meter. Separate areas to accommodate High Density also available.
24 x 7 manned security with Sophisticated Integrated CCTV, Access Control Management System (ACMS) and voice systems.
Each Data Hall is equipped with man trap and second level biometric authentication on entry. The building perimeter monitored by fixed and motion cameras.
The Data Centre infrastructure has been built in a modular, flexible and expandable manner such that enhancements or modifications may be readily accommodated during the life of the systems with effecting day to day performance and zero down time.
